Automatic Tomato Sauce Making Equipment

 

The process of tomato paste factory usually consists of several steps ,  & these steps vary depending on the specifications & product requirements made . 

 

Cleaning & Cleaning: Wash tomatoes to remove damaged or damaged parts .  spoiled ,  it is then cleaned to remove any dirt or debris . 

 

Boiling: Blanch the tomatoes briefly in boiling water to soften the skin & make peeling easier .

Cooling & Storage: Pasteurized tomato paste is cooled & stored in a temperature--controlled area until it is ready to be sent to stores or distributors .
